Payment and invoicing for paid subscriptions is handled by our reseller Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd.), which acts as the reseller ("Merchant of Record"). Refunds are processed by Paddle under its refund policy: paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
Consumers whose habitual residence is in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland or the United Kingdom have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
As InvoiceFaker is a digital service, the right of withdrawal expires early once you have expressly consented to the provision beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once use begins.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period (monthly or yearly). You can cancel your subscription at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period via the customer area ("Billing") or by email to [email protected]. Cancellation prevents future charges; access remains until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Fees already paid for the current billing period are - subject to mandatory statutory claims and the right of withdrawal above - not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Please provide the email address used for the order and the order or transaction number so that we can locate your request.
Approved refunds are generally issued within 14 days of approval to the original payment method.
Irrespective of mandatory statutory rights, we review refund requests favourably on a case-by-case basis - in particular where technical problems have prevented the proper use of the Service.
